How long will it take you to ship my order?

We ship orders in 5-7 business days, unless noted otherwise. You’ll receive a notification by email with your tracking information once your item has been shipped.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping within the United States takes 1-5 business days, depending on your location. International shipments will vary but will take approximately 10-15 business days.

Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide! As long as you have an address, we will ship to you. You will be provided with a tracking number to monitor progress of your package.

    Free shipping

    Free shipping will be determined at the checkout based on the item price, discounts or promotion codes.

    Important: When shipping goods internationally, additional custom duties, VAT and import taxes may be charged. These need to be paid by the recipient upon the acceptance of the delivery.


    RETURNS & EXCHANGES

    Do you accept returns?

    You're not happy with your purchase? We're sorry! We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, so we offer a 15 day return and/or exchange after your order has been delivered, along with proof of purchase. Returns are accepted on all full price unworn and unaltered items within 15 days of purchase. If you need to return an item, kindly contact us at wecare@kanvves.com. Requests after that time will be denied and returns are NOT accepted Final Sale items. We are not responsible for shipping/duty fees for items being returned.

    Do you accept exchanges?

    Something isn't right? We want you to absolutely love everything you purchase from us. If you want a different size or color (same style), or you wish to exchange for a different style, we kindly ask you to return the item for a refund and place a separate order for the new garment. Reach out to us at wecare@kanvves.com to initiate the process. Shipping charges for exchanges are covered by Kanvves.

    Can I cancel or change my order?

    If you need to cancel or make any changes to your order please email wecare@kanvves.com within 2 hours of making your purchase. The subject line of this email must read 'CHANGE OF ORDER' or 'CANCEL ORDER' and our team will be back to you shortly.

    What if order gets lost?

    Upon delivery, in the event of loss, we undertake to return the product free of charge or refund the customer only after the carrier has officially declared the loss of the package. So, if an order is marked as 'delivered' by the carrier the order is not eligible to a new shipment. Packages that are returned to us due to an incorrect address may be re-shipped for a fee, but cannot be refunded.

    What of stolen packages?

    Unfortunately we live in a time where we have porch thieves and our packages can be victims too. We would ask that you take whatever steps you can to ensure a safe delivery of our product to you. For some, this may include shipping to your place of work or to a friend/family member that you know will be home to receive them.

    In the case of stolen packages, we unfortunately cannot take responsibility for thieves' actions. If a package is showing as delivered but is not physically at your delivery address, your first recourse is to local authorities. After contacting the local authorities, we would recommend you file a claim with the shipping carrier which may reimburse you up to shipping and the price of the package.

    How long do refunds take?

    Returns are processed within 1-2 weeks. If it’s been longer than 2 weeks from the date we received the product and you have not received your refund, please send us an email at wecare@kanvves.com and we will look into it for you. Please note it may take up to 10 days for your bank to deposit the refund to your account, depending on your bank.

    Payment

    We accept Paypal, Credit and Debit globally. We do not store any credit card or other financial information. All payments are processed by Paypal and Stripe (via Shopify), both PCI certified, encrypted payment systems.

    Security

    We use the latest Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. This encrypts and protects the data you send to us over the internet. If SSL is enabled then you will see a padlock at the top of your browser, which you can click on to find out information about the SSL digital certificate registration.

    You will also notice that when you look at the location (URL) field at the top of the browser you will see it begin with “https” instead of the normal “http”. This means that you are in secure mode.
